Privacy Policy

Young Forever LLC (doing business as “Young Forever”) operates this website and store (the “Services”). We use Shopify to power our store and payments. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit or shop with us, or otherwise communicate with us. If this Policy conflicts with our Terms of Service, this Policy controls for privacy matters.

By using the Services, you acknowledge you’ve read and understand this Policy.

1) What We Collect

“Personal information” means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include de-identified or aggregated data.

We may collect:

Contact details (name, billing/shipping address, phone, email)

Payment details (card type, last 4, payment confirmation) — processed by our payment providers; we don’t store full card numbers

Account info (username, password, preferences)

Order & activity data (items viewed/added/purchased/returned, wishlists, order history)

Communications (messages to support, reviews)

Device & usage data (IP address, browser, device, referral URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, general location)

2) How We Collect It

Directly from you (creating an account, placing orders, contacting support)

Automatically via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you browse our site

From service providers (e.g., payments, shipping, analytics, customer support)

From partners/third parties (e.g., ad platforms, social login if used)

3) How We Use It

Provide & improve the Services (process orders, payments, shipping/returns, account management, remembering your preferences, site debugging and improvements)

Personalize your experience (product recommendations, saved cart/wishlist)

Marketing & ads (email/SMS/postal mail if you opt in; showing relevant ads onsite and offsite)

Safety & fraud prevention (authenticate accounts, detect/prevent fraud or abuse, protect our users and business)

Legal compliance (respond to lawful requests; enforce our terms)

4) How We Share It

We may share personal information:

With Shopify and service providers (payments, fulfillment, shipping, IT/security, analytics, cloud storage, customer support, email/SMS, marketing)

With advertising/marketing partners to measure and deliver relevant ads (subject to your rights and choices below)

At your direction (e.g., social logins, review widgets, shipping carriers)

Within our corporate group/affiliates

For business transactions (e.g., merger/sale)

For legal compliance (valid subpoenas, court orders, to protect rights/safety)

5) Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which processes personal information to provide and improve the Services for you and us (including cross-merchant features that help with fraud prevention and personalization). In those cases, Shopify is responsible for responding to requests about its processing. Learn more and exercise Shopify-managed rights here: https://privacy.shopify.com/en

.

6) Cookies, Analytics & Ads

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

Keep your session, cart, and preferences

Understand site performance and improve features

Show you more relevant products and measure ad effectiveness

Your choices:

Manage cookies in your browser settings (may impact site features)

Use our site cookie controls (if enabled): [Link: Cookie Preferences]

Opt out of certain interest-based advertising: [Link: Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information] (where applicable)

If you visit with Global Privacy Control (GPC) enabled, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser/device (and Shopify may extend it to your account if they can associate it).

7) Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., CA/VA/CO/CT/UT, EEA/UK, etc.), you may have rights to:

Access/Know the personal information we hold about you

Delete your personal information

Correct inaccurate personal information

Portability (receive a copy in a portable format in certain cases)

Opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising and certain profiling

Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)

To exercise your rights, use the tools on our site where available, contact us (see Contact below), or review Shopify’s privacy portal for data Shopify controls: https://privacy.shopify.com/en

. We may need to verify your identity and may deny requests where permitted by law. You can also authorize an agent to submit requests on your behalf with valid proof.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8) Emails & Texts

Marketing emails/SMS are sent only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe via the link in our messages or reply STOP to SMS.

We may still send non-marketing messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, account or legal notices).

9) Minors

Our Services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16 (or higher where local law requires). If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

10) Security & Retention

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No system is 100% secure. Do not share your account password.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, including providing the Services, complying with law, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.

11) International Transfers

We may transfer, store, and process your information outside your country (including the U.S.). Where required (e.g., EEA/UK), we rely on approved transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful bases.

12) Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review them carefully—our inclusion of links does not equal endorsement.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by additional notice where required.

14) Accessibility
